98% Isn’t Bad

Running is really good for 98% of your body. That other 2% consist of knees and feet. Those not so much a good thing for runners. I am currently battling “Runners Knee” and have one toe nail that has been black for 2 months. But the pictures of the feet in this Runner’s World articles are way worse than I have personally had. Seen a few high school cross country runners with blisters that compare though. Enjoy…unless you are grossed out by feet in general. If that is the case don’t click the link.
